The advanced LP (Low-adhesion Performance) coating creates a smooth needle surface that resists glue, resin, and coating residues, reducing thread friction and minimizing sewing interruptions.
Ideal for challenging materials such as fused fabrics, coated textiles, synthetic leather, and thin, slippery woven fabrics, LP-coated needles help prevent common sewing issues including thread breakage, skipped stitches, and seam puckering. The coating also improves loop formation by keeping the needle eye and groove free from adhesive build-up, resulting in more reliable, high-quality seams.
